This Elgin native grew up babysitting her nieces and nephews and that experience translated into a calling to work with children. She studied childhood education classes in high school and eventually started working in the childcare field. This wife and mom of three has earned her Child Development Associate certification (CDA).All direct care staff are trained in CPR and First Aid.
